1.6-2.3° L. An heirloom Bohemian wheat malt, especially useful for Czech wheat beers. Also good for hefeweizen, wit, or any other continental wheat beer style. This malt was hand-crafted in a floor-malting facility.

First time using this malt worked really well in my German wheat beer can't wait to brew with this again

Woops - I just saw this was wheat that I wrote about. I thought it was the pilsner malt. I don't use wheat for my helles, obviously.
My other comment stands the same. Malted wheat should not need a protein rest.

Worked well in kolsch

Added 1/2 lb to a traditional kolsch. It added smooth mouth feel and body to the beer.
