Torrified Wheat

Local brew shop doesn’t carry this product. Nice to get it from NB.

Wheat's sweet!

I like to add 6 to 8% wheat for sweetness (or rye for a dry finish) and this has the added bonus of flavor and head retention. Great for farmhouse ales and saison. Wheat always seems to result in a thin film of sediment on the bottom of the bottle, but with a good rinse out it's no big deal. I'll keep some of this in the pantry to have at hand. It's good for ale's you.

Great, but consider buying them crushed

These taste and work great but they are hard and very plump. If you have a two-roller mill you may need to mill these twice (once with a wider gap and once with narrower gap), or just by them crushed.
