Dingeman Belgian Debittered Black Malt

I have had one of the best experiences with this malt. Not only did it not over power my brew with a mass coffee or chocolate flavor, it gave the most balance ive ever had in a porter. This is a great malt.

All Good !

The quality of this specialty grain has contributed greatly to the overall color and taste of my latest Vienna lager. I am having a fine time brewing my own beer from scratch !
